Sale & Holiday Season Updates
Orders during sales are confirmed only after you receive a shipping confirmation email. Due to high demand, items may be canceled if out of stock. Expect longer delivery times during the holiday season as we work to process orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

International Orders

Undeliverable Packages
We are not responsible for packages rejected or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. Lost, stolen, or mis-delivered items are not covered.

Errors and Damages
For wrong or damaged products, contact us within 30 days for a free exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, or government actions.
