Return Policy

General Returns

We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery, offering either a refund or store credit. To return an item, visit our Return Portal, enter your order number and email address for further instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by 2DAY.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all 2DAY tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, facemasks, pierced jewelry, and earbuds cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Exchanges and Refunds
Exchanges are available for unworn items in their original condition, with the return form completed. Return costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds and exchanges are processed within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items showing damage not due to manufacturing faults, as well as underwear, swimwear, facemasks, and pierced jewelry, cannot be returned or exchanged. Online orders can be exchanged in our Amsterdam store, except for sale items.

Processing Time
Refunds are processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund, check your account balance and payment method. For further assistance, contact us at info@unleash2day.com.

Standard Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable.

Items covered by our warranty policy will be replaced or refunded if faulty. Faults not covered by the warranty or damage resulting from improper use are not eligible for return. For faulty or incorrect items, visit the Return Portal, enter the last 6 digits of your order number, and your email address for instructions.

Damaged Goods
Inspect items upon delivery. Report any damage from shipping within 14 days. Return costs for damaged items are covered by 2DAY, and we will issue a refund or offer an exchange.
